What is the turnaround time?

Custom orders are made to order and typically require 1–2 weeks for design, production, and processing for small orders and 2-4 on larger orders. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before purchasing to discuss rush order availability.

Do you provide mockups?

Yes. Once your payment has been received, we provide digital mockups and work with you to refine the design until you're satisfied with the overall vision.

Do you provide full event planning?

Yes, please inquire by filling out the custom order form and select "other".

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Chicago area and surrounding suburbs. Travel fees may apply outside our service area.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes, pickup is available for select custom signs, favors, and decor items.

How long do balloons last?

Balloon longevity depends on temperature, environment, and balloon type. Most indoor balloon installations last several days to several weeks. Weather conditions such as wind, heat, and rain can affect balloon performance and appearance.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Customers will receive a mockup for approval before production begins. Please review all details carefully, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing, and design elements. Once the final mockup has been approved, no changes, refunds, cancellations, or returns will be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at todiyforsupply@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
