Damages and issues
At this time, ToDIYForSupply does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products.
Because many of our items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, all sales are final. Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at todiyforsupply@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items/ Exchanges
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process returns.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Each order includes a design approval process. Customers will receive mockups and have the opportunity to request revisions before providing final approval. Once the final mockup has been approved, production will begin, and no further changes, cancellations, refunds, or returns will be accepted.
Please review all mockups carefully, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing, and design details, before providing final approval.
